The M30loft is created as single modular unit - which contains a kitchen area, living room, seperate bedroom, WC with shower and loft with seperate space for rest.
When ordering this project, you can choose a standard package with external, internal decoration and internal communications. In addition to the base kit, you can also choose other accessories, such as a fully equipped kitchen, wc and shower room, heated floors, air conditioners, wardrobes or lighting devices.
This project requires no assembly as it is produced and delivered as one module. M30loft can be placed on smooth compacted soil or on pre-installed simplified supporting foundations.
