Why transport is not included in the price?

Delivery prices are different per countries because of their location and reach, thus we have to estimate it separately. Also, you can take care of your own delivery if you like (to order a trailer to arrive to our fatory).

Do you sell to other countries?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Lithuania, but we sell to all the other countries if you are willing to pay for delivery (and other taxes if apply to your countries Import Policy).

Question 3

How long does it take for modular house to be produced after the advanced payment is made?

Accepted Answer

We aim to produce the modular houses within 3 months after order is made, however it really depends on the season and available production plots left. It is best to book half year in advance if you have any specific days you need the houses to be delivered (e.g. camping opening).
